Since the beginning of the Dark Muse Project, we’ve planned to donate a portion of all sales to an Arts related beneficiary. Art giving back to Art! And now, we can officially announce that The Arts Project of London will be that beneficiary! Any time you purchase a product on this site, you will be also helping to support the local Arts Community in London through this wonderful facility, and we are glad to be able to offer such support. Print Version Coming Soon!

OK… it seems that our fans are really not interested in just an electronic version to read on their computers and other devices, and that they want the tangible, hold in hand and store on a book shelf version. So we’re going to make it happen. There are a few options to consider in doing this, but the bottom line is that we WILL at some point in August – hopefully early August – have a way to make that happen. So stay tuned and keep in mind – If you buy an e-book version from this site, you will get an email when we have printed versions available, and will get back $3 of your $4 purchase price of the e-book towards your printed copy! We’ll keep you updated as we get closer to releasing a print version!

It’s coming up fast! This coming Thursday night – the 28th – at Nite Owl on Talbot St. in downtown London. The chance to meet our cast, crew and characters from the first in the Dark Muse Saga is coming up quickly. There’s no cover charge, and we’re even supplying some amazing bass lines for an hour from local artists Amanda ‘EVILIZE’ Peesker, and Paul ‘IONIZE’ Lanthier! Playing some hard, dark and dirty mixes LIVE during the early part of the night when we will introduce you to the cast that are able to show. Then… we’re just going to hang out and socialize with our fans and offer up a few special deals on Cover Prints and other items, and have a few drinks with our friends. So come on down to Nite Owl starting at 9pm and join in!

It’s Party Time!

We’ve got the place! We’ve got the date! We’ve got the show! The Dark Muse Official Release Party is taking place on the 28th of July at Nite Owl in downtown London, and will feature a live performance from First Lady of Bass, Amanda ‘EVILIZE’ Peesker as well as introductions to the characters, cast and crew of the Dark Muse #1. Doors open at 9pm, with the main show from 10 to 11. Come on out and celebrate with us and of course – don’t leave without buying your limited edition cover print – Just $20 for this one night only!

Our First Review!

With thanks to Richard Vasseur of Jazma Online Forum came across one of the flyers that I had dropped off at his local Comic Book shop on Dundas Street (The Comic Book Collector). With his curiosity aroused, he grabbed a copy of the Dark Muse #1 and gave it a read, and then was gracious enough to review it for the forum! I’m VERY happy to report that we scored a 4 out of 5 star review on our first entry into the genre, and know that we will only get better as we learn from the first attempt. So hop on over to the forum and read Richard’s review for yourself. And then grab your own copy of the e-book and let us know what YOU think. We plan to learn from our followers and we will listen to your input as much as we can to make the Dark Muse Saga even better in the future!

We were at The Met at 140 Dundas Street last weekend, and we brought a special guest with us! The Dark Muse herself made an in-person appearance to help support the launch of the new e-book published here on the 23rd of June. We grabbed a few pictures during her visit, taking advantage of the beautiful bench that lives on Dundas St. when the weather is suitable, but was inside on the 25th due to the high risk of rain.

And we’re back at the Met again this weekend, on Friday from 4 to 9:30, Saturday from 10 to 6, and Sunday from noon to 5, and will have the covers (for just $20!) as well as a collection of scenic prints and calendars that you can buy at our table. And, if you’d like to get your copy of the e-book (without the online shopping part) just drop in with $5 and we’ll send a copy right to your email inbox while you wait. You could be reading the dark Muse #1 on your portable in minutes!

Our reach is growing!

The Dark Muse Fan Page on Facebook has had visitors from countries around the globe and is growing in terms of the number of fans and visitors – while slowly – from all over the world. The same is true here on the Muse Store page where we are seeing visitors coming to at least check it out and grab the free preview! It’s exciting to see the range expand so quickly, but thanks to the efforts of our fans here in the London area, we are reaching the global community quickly. Be sure to tell all of your friends to Like the Dark Muse Fan Page and as soon as we reach 100 fans, we will give away another cover and some free e-books!

On the charity front, conversations have been initiated but we are still waiting for Board Approvals before we can make any formal announcements, but rest assured that we WILL ensure that a portion of your well spent dollars will go to a Local London based Charity as soon as we are able to finalize the details.
